Haci Bayram Moskee Alkmaar

Over dit project

The Haci Bayram Mosque in Alkmaar is more than a place of worship. The foundation organises activities in the fields of religion, education, community and participation, and aims to bring people in the city together. We built the website that introduces the mosque and its work to members, local residents and anyone else who is interested.

The homepage shows the day's prayer times, opening hours and the latest news. A section on the five pillars of Islam offers visitors a first introduction to the faith. Under About Us they will find the history of the mosque, information about its namesake Haci Bayram-i Veli, the board, a photo gallery and the ANBI charity details.

The activities page lists the courses and workshops on offer, from homework support and language courses to a cookery club, with links to the annual reports. There is also a page about guided tours of the mosque, while the events calendar and contact page keep visitors informed.
