TasFacturatie is the online accounting package of Tas & Salturk Solutions, the Heerhugowaard bookkeeping firm that uses it every day to keep its own clients' books. We developed both the application and the website where business owners get to know the package and can try it free for 14 days.

Everything is built around a single general ledger. Purchase invoices arrive at a dedicated Scanbox email address for each set of books, are read with OCR and booked automatically based on earlier entries, while uncertain cases are held for review. Bank statements are imported as CAMT.053 and matched to open invoices, and the VAT return, EC sales list and corrections go straight to the Dutch Tax Administration via Digipoort.

TasFacturatie also covers quotes and invoices with a customer portal and iDEAL payments, time tracking including the hours criterion, fixed assets, a payroll journal and multiple companies under one login. For sole traders and partnerships the income tax return is prepared. There is an app for iPhone and Android, and logins are protected with two-factor authentication.
